Amazing place, definitely heard of it by local radio. I’ve been panning a trip in May and can remember from last years new tire purchase it was very challenging to get preferred tires in time and just accepted what was offered by other location. This place has many stored up top and Some very nice popular brands. Great service as I was led through the selection and didn’t feel rushed. The new Tractionators are on! Thanks guys….illl definitely be back to bug you guys.

I arrived after hours with a flat tire (second in a row!) and Jason showed up, took my bike inside and gave me a ride to a hotel. The following morning fixed my tire before I arrived. Jason and Darlene were really great. My Chain broke down while travelling from Port Hardy to Victoria. Despite how much work he had, Jason went out of his way to put aside what he was doing to get me back on the road. And did a fantastic job. Even noticed my brakes needed attention as well. Both stayed past closing to see me off. Definite 5 star for service, friendliness and professionalism. Thanks ... Got home with a smooth & safe ride. John

They fit us in for two bikes oil changes despite being busy. We were travelling from the other side of Canada, and overdue for a change, their flexibility was exceptional. Responded quickly by email and we just arrived the following day, and was on our way within a couple hours, max. With chains re-tensioned and serviced too.
And after all that, was able to get a basic, old-school rain suit for $45 too. Nice! Pleasant staff too.
